- Cheers: Season 9, episode 20, "It's a Wonderful Wife" (1991). For Frasier's birthday, Lilith wants to do something exciting, so she asks Henri to take some sexy photos of her.
- The Golden Girls: Season 7, episode 20, "Rose: Portrait of a Woman" (1992). For Miles's birthday, Blanche convinces Rose to give him a boudoir portrait of herself. Unfortunately, he opens his present just when some of his professor colleagues show up to party.
- NewsRadio: Season 2, episode 3, "No, This Is Not Based Entirely on Julie's Life" (1995). Beth takes naked pictures of herself to send her long-distance boyfriend, but she's not sure if she wants to send them.
- Seinfeld: Season 8, episode 5, "The Package" (1996). George has a crush on a woman who works at a photo store named Sheila, and when he finds a sexy picture mixed up with his photos, he assumes it's Sheila, so Kramer offers to take some boudoir photos of George so he can reciprocate, but it backfires when a male photo store employee sees the photos and thinks they're for him.
- Just Shoot Me!: Season 2, episode 17, "Nina's Bikini" (1998). Jack asks Elliot to take some boudoir photos of him for Allie for their anniversary. Elliot is uncomfortable but takes the photos as a favor to Jack. The proofs Elliot shows Jack feature Jack's head on someone else's body. At first, Jack is offended, but then he looks at the real photos.
