- Taxi: Season 2, episode 18, "What Price Bobby?" (1980). Bobby gives a cab ride to a famous Hollywood talent manager, and he convinces her to represent him, but she expects him to sleep with her in exchange for getting him acting roles.
- Cheers: Season 1, episode 13, "Now Pitching, Sam Malone" (1983). A beautiful woman agent offers to put Sam in commercials, but she also wants to put him in her bed, and Sam gets the feeling that if he stops sleeping with her, she'll stop getting him jobs. His fears are confirmed when he tells her he doesn't want to sleep with her anymore and she drops him as a client.
- Wings: Season 3, episode 6, "My Brother's Keeper" (1991). A ridiculously wealthy woman comes to the island and immediately takes a liking to Brian and starts buying him lots of expensive gifts while Brian caters to her every whim.
- Herman's Head: Season 1, episode 18, "A Kept Herman" (1992). Herman spends a few days working for Victoria Stark, a powerful and beautiful magazine executive who promises him an assistant editor job, then seduces him. It soon becomes clear that Victoria won't give him the job unless Herman continues sleeping with her.
- Just Shoot Me!: Season 5, episode 20, "Sugar Momma" (2001). Famous romance novelist, Allison Spencer, is serializing her next novel in Blush, and when she meets Finch, she starts giving him lavish gifts in exchange for sleeping with her. At first Jack and Elliot are high-fiving him, but it soon becomes clear that Allison is scary controlling, and Elliot and Maya try to convince Finch to end it. When Allison tries to lend Finch out to her friend for the night, he finally tells her off, but then he changes his mind and goes off with her to Cape Cod.
