Appearances

• The Munsters: Season 1, episode 7, "Tin Can Man" (1964). Eddie and Grandpa build a robot for Eddie's school science fair.
• Gilligan's Island: Season 2, episode 21, "Gilligan's Living Doll" (1966). A robot lands on the island, and the castaways try to use it to help them get home.
• Are You Being Served?: Season 3, episode 2, "Top Hat and Tails" (1976). Grace Brothers' new automated display units are a pair of dancing robots, but they haven't worked out all the bugs yet.
• Mork & Mindy: Season 2, episode 5, "Dr. Morkenstein" (1979). Mork gets a job as a night watchman at a science museum, where he finds an old robot and re-programs it to talk and play games with him, but an unintended consequence of his reprogramming is that the robot develops emotions and loves it. The only problem is he's dying.
• Sledge Hammer!: Season 2, episode 10, "Hammeroid" (1987). The "Hooded Hood," a thief who has been terrorizing the city, turns out to be a robot called BORC, and it leads Sledge and Doreau to a company called "Androids R Us," and a renegade scientist bend on building an android army to rule the world.
