- Tenspeed and Brown Shoe: Episode 9, "It's Easier to Pass an Elephant Through the Eye of a Needle Than a Bad Check in Bel Air" (1980). E.L. is impersonating a sheik's assistant in a presidential suite in Bel Air when some of the sheik's real staff show up. To impress them, E.L. pretends he can turn on electronic devices by reciting nursery rhymes, including turning on the vibrating bed.
- WKRP in Cincinnati: Season 3, episode 19, "A Simple Little Wedding" (1981). Mr. and Mrs. Carlson decide to elope again and spend the night in the same hotel room in which they spent their wedding night, but they discover the place has gone downhill over the years, as indicated by its cheap decor and Magic Fingers-equipped mattress.
- The Golden Girls: Season 2, episode 8, "Vacation" (1986). Dorothy, Rose, and Blanche take a vacation at a hotel that was described as a dream in a brochure, but it turns out to be a nightmare. The magic fingers on the one bed in the room doesn't even work. When they deposit a quarter, the bellhop comes in and manually shakes the bed with his foot.
- Perfect Strangers: Season 2, episode 5, "Babes in Babylon" (1986). Larry and Balki's hotel room in Las Vegas comes complete with Magic Fingers for only 25 cents.
- Sledge Hammer!: Season 2, episode 18, "It Happened What Night?" (1988). Sledge and Doreau go under cover as newlyweds in a hotel bridal suite, and some spike champagne makes them both act loopy, including lying on the bed together and turning on the magic fingers.
- Cheers: Season 9, episode 12, "Woody Interruptus" (1990). Woody and Kelly decide to make love together for the first time, so they get a motel room complete with a bed that offers massages for 25 cents.
- The Simpsons: Season 9, episode 5, "The Cartridge Family" (1997). Marge is horrified when Homer buys a gun and doesn't get rid of it when she asks him to, so she packs up the kids and checks into the Sleep Eazy Motel, where Bart and Lisa amuse themselves by racing vibrating beds.
- King of the Hill: Season 3, episode 19, "Hank's Football Movie" (1999). Hank and Bobby travel to Wichita Falls to watch the Cowboys in spring training, and Bobby becomes enamored with the town. When he discovers that the beds in their hotel room have "Magic Fingers," he's convinced Wichita Falls is the best place in the world.
