- King of the Hill: Season 6, episode 4, "The Father, the Son and J.C." (2001). After driving drunk, Mr. Strickland is sentenced to community service and has to build a house for Habitat for Humanity. When Hank tells him he's been on the waiting list for two years, Strickland lets Hank take his place. Meanwhile, Peggy, for some reason, is trying to repair Hank's relationship with Cotton, and when he shows up at the site, he antagonizes Hank so much that Hank tells him he hates him.
- The Simpsons: Season 14, episode 4, "Large Marge" (2002). After winning a bet with Homer, Lisa decides to spend their "daddy-daughter day" building a house for Habitat for Humanity. When Homer takes off his wedding ring to protect it, the single ladies of Springfield throw themselves at him just as Marge is driving by.
- Frasier: Season 10, episode 19, "Some Assembly Required" (2003). The staff of KACL help build a home for a low-income family, and Frasier becomes so obsessed with making sure the house looks exactly the way he wants it to that he keeps coming over and bothering the family.
