• Head of the Class: Season 2, episode 15, "Play It Again, Woody" (1987). After their respective relationships end, Arvid and Mr. Moore find themselves sitting next to each other at a movie theater watching a Woody Allen marathon and reminiscing over their lost loves in the style of a Woody Allen movie.
• Herman's Head: Season 3, episode 15, "You Say Tomato" (1994). Herman fantasizes about "Miss February," whose profile claims her favorite movie is Annie Hall, and he imagines himself and her in a scene from the movie. Unfortunately, reality is nothing like the movies, and Miss February has never even seen Annie Hall.
• Just Shoot Me!: Season 2, episode 6, My Dinner with Woody" (1997). Nina writes an article called "My Dinner with Woody" about a fictional conversation with Woody Allen, and she's shocked to get a phone call from Woody Allen himself, but when he shows up at her office, she realizes he's actually a mental patient who thinks he's Woody Allen, but Maya gets caught up in pretending he's Woody and dates him anyway.
